There is no causal treatment for HPV which eradicates the virus from your body. In other words, there’s no treatment for the virus itself. There are, however, treatments for the lesions which the virus might cause, i.e. for genital warts and precancerous lesions. These treatments aim only at removing or destroying the lesions.
